Her electric personality and eclectic appeal represents the foundation of the State of Texas; CHARGE, CHALLENGE AND CHANGE. She possesses the tenacity of Congresswoman Barbara Jordan, the zeal of Governor Ann Richards and the intrinsic value of our nation. The DNC would be incomplete without Roslyn "Rozzy" Shorter.
